Crossroads for Women is seeking a uniquely talented, compassionate and independently licensed individual to lead our Clinical Program. The position requires both clinical and administrative proficiency. Candidates will be considered who demonstrate a working knowledge and experience with clinical issues pertaining to addiction and mental health (co-occurring), trauma informed, strengths based and gender specific program development as well as harm reduction, homelessness, incarceration and “street” activity.
The mission of Crossroads for Women is to provide comprehensive, integrated services to support women working to break the cycle of homelessness and incarceration and achieve healthy, stable, and self-sufficient lives in the community for themselves and their children.
All women entering the program are homeless with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders and may come from any community in New Mexico. Many are reintegrating into the community after incarceration. Crossroads for Women provides a safe and supportive environment in which the women can identify and pursue their individual goals with support tailored to their individual needs. Crossroads also advocates for systemic change to reduce recidivism, create alternatives to incarceration, and enhance the resources available for all people attempting to leave street life.
