Solace Crisis Treatment Center seeks a Client Services/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The responsibilities of this 40-hour per week position include daily opening and closing of the Center; maintenance and responsibility for front desk activities; Center’s calendars; all types of correspondence and forms; website; social media and rental agreements. The candidate will also be responsible for high volume of data entry and provide administrative support to the Center, in particular to Executive Director and Assistant Director, Finance and Operations.
This position must work well in a rapidly changing emotionally stressful environment; ability to respond to clients in a trauma informed manner; positive and professional outlook; works well independently but also enjoys collaboration and teamwork; excellent communication skills (both written and oral); excellent critical thinking skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and tasks; proficiency in MS Office applications; punctuality and must pass criminal records check.
Bilingual in Spanish and nonprofit work experience preferred.
