Services for Victims/Survivors with Limited English Proficiency:
A language line is available to victim service providers through Pacific Interpreters. Services are contracted through NMCADV. Please download the instructions HERE and post by your phones. If you have used Pacific Interpreter services a demographics form must be submitted.
In-person interpreters may be reimbursed by the program by submitting a qualified interpreter’s invoice. Services are contracted through agencies/interpreters. Please see resource links below to find appropriate services. To request pre-approval, please submit a request form here.
Document translation must be pre-approved by the program administrator. Please submit a request form here.
LEP Plan Support and Training: In partnership with Enlace Comunitario, NMCADV will provide you with technical assistance and training to create an LEP Plan for your organization and integrate it into your organizational knowledge and culture. Please submit a request for this type of help, and we will work to provide you with the necessary assistance.
