The New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NMCADV) announces a 2-day training with national experts David Garvin and Jeffrie Cape for new and experienced BIP facilitators to develop and hone their skills. Direct training will be 16 hours over 2 days. 4 hours of supervision discussions and follow-up training will be offered via live and online meetings at no additional charge for those who need to meet the 20 hour BIP training requirement for CYFD contractors and approved programs. This training is subsidized in large part by a grant from the Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD); therefore, the $75 training fee is waived for CYFD contractors. An $85 meals fee for all participants covers breakfast, plated lunch, and snacks for each day of the training (this represents the direct food costs to NMCADV). A special room rate of $72 per night for participants is available at the Nativo Lodge, using registration code "BIP". Call the Nativo Lodge at 505-798-4352 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 & 5 to reserve. Training Agenda Day 1:
