Executive Director, Assistant Director, Program Director or other management position, with 3 years or less in the current position

Program Description:

In the past, the NMCADV has presented a one-day new directors training, to help give information and guidance to new Executive Directors in our member programs.  This year, we are launching an expanded training, which will include organizational dynamics, board roles and responsibilities, problem-solving, new directions in the field, reflective supervision, and other management issues.  This training is designed for anyone who entered a management position within the last 3 years, and will give any manager new tools and insights.
