David Levin, Director of Court Alternatives and Co-Chair of the State Bar Committee on Alternative Methods of Dispute Resolution(ADR), will be discussing the proposed rule changes governing court-connected mediation services and accepting and answering questions.

The NMCADV is facilitating this as an informational session so that Domestic Violence programs throughout the state can fully understand the issues and rules.

The public, especially the DV community, are encouraged to submit comments to the court before the rules are submitted to the court for final consideration.
