Organizational Capacity Building

NMCADV is funded to assist New Mexico domestic violence (DV) service providers grow their programs and serve their communities. NMCADV is able to draw on the collective experience, wisdom and resources of state and national providers and experts; in that way, experiences can be shared, innovations can be explored and problems can be solved.

Training includes foundational advocacy, developing trauma informed services, children’s programming, battering intervention, coordinated community response, organizational assessment and coaching, board training and development, strategic planning, general training and consultation in a variety of management issues including HR, communication and media, and much more.
