Our Board of Directors

Board Composition

The Board shall be composed of no fewer than nine (9) and no more than twelve (12) voting members, distributed as follows:

Tier 1: Member Representatives

  • Minimum of six (6) and up to eight (8) and shall always comprise a minimum of 70% of Board Composition.

  • Must represent the five (5) regions of New Mexico NW (Judicial Distrcits 1, 11, 13), NE (Judicial Distrcits 4,8, 10), SE (Judicial Distrcits 5, 9, 12), SW (Judicial Distrcits 3,6,7), and Central (Judicial District 2), plus three (3) from any region, not to have more than two (2) within one region. Regions are determined by the Judicial Distrcits.

Tier 2: Member Representatives

  • Minimum of three (3) and up to four (4) members and cannot exceed 30% of Board Composition.

    At-Large Community Representatives

  • Minimum of one (1) and up to three (3) members
