Ready to guide a community toward safety, healing, and hope? Step into leadership as Executive Director at Alternatives to Violence in Raton.

The Executive Director will oversee daily operations, including staff hiring, training, and supervision, procurement of funds including grant writing, management of budgets, grant resources, and internal systems. This role also includes working closely with the Board of Directors, cultivating relationships with community partners, overseeing marketing and fundraising initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and grant contracts, and ensuring the provision of services and community education.

The NNMCAC Forensic Interviewer will be trained to perform investigative interviews with children in cases where abuse and/or sexual assault is alleged or suspected.
